Built for the exhibitor, not the procurement team.
Meetopio turns the conversations you have at events into qualified, scored leads with follow-ups already drafted — so the pipeline from a trade show doesn't die in a stack of business cards.
It started with a boring observation: companies spend enormous sums putting people in a room with their market for three days, then lose most of what those people learn there. Not the leads — the understanding.
The tooling in this category has been solving a fifteen-year-old problem: getting the contact into the CRM. That problem is solved. A badge scanner does it for a few dollars a day. Meanwhile the actual work — deciding who matters, remembering what they cared about, and writing something back that sounds like a person paid attention — still happens in a spreadsheet on a Sunday night, badly, by someone with jet lag.
That gap is now closeable, because a machine can finally listen to a three-minute conversation and pull out what mattered. So we built the thing that does it, and we put a hard rule in the middle of it: the AI drafts, a human decides. No exceptions, no configuration flag, no clever workaround.
Four positions we'd defend in a room.
The conversation is the asset
Contact details are a commodity you can buy from a data vendor. What someone told your team at 3pm on day two is not, and it's the thing most event tooling throws away.
AI that can't cite itself shouldn't write to your customers
Every draft Meetopio produces is traceable to a document your team approved and a sentence the lead actually said. If it can't be, it doesn't get written.
A human clicks approve. Always.
Not a setting. Not a toggle an over-eager admin can turn off at 2am before a big show. It's enforced in the database.
Say the difficult thing early
We publish our pricing, we tell you plainly where a competitor might suit you better, and we'd rather lose a deal in week one than lose your trust in month three. It's a slower way to sell and a much better way to keep customers.
Where we're going
Meetopio is a Singapore company building for the whole MICE calendar — meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. Wherever your organisation puts people in front of a market, there is a conversation worth keeping, and that is the problem we intend to own.
We're starting where the need is sharpest: Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the wider Asia-Pacific region, where the badge-API infrastructure Western tools assume often simply isn't there. Reading a badge from a photograph isn't a workaround here — it's the only design that survives contact with a real exhibition floor.
What we build next is decided by the teams using it now. If something in your event programme is broken and we could fix it, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
Talk to us
Email reaches the people who build the product, and they answer.
Come and be difficult about it.
We'd rather have customers who tell us what's wrong than customers who quietly churn.
