I can’t sign in — what should I do?

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, in the app or at app.meetopio.com, and we'll email you a way to set a new one.

If you've only just created your account, finish verifying your email first: enter the code we sent you. If nothing has arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Still stuck? Email us from the address on your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by the store you bought them from:

• iPhone and iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Meetopio. In Meetopio you can also tap Manage or cancel in the App Store on the Plans screen.
• Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. In Meetopio you can also tap Manage or cancel in Google Play on the Plans screen.
• Team plans bought on the web: manage them from Billing in the web app.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my account?

You can do it yourself from Settings in the app or the web app, in about a minute. The steps, and exactly what is removed and what stays with your workspace, are on Delete your Meetopio account.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases made in the app are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them, not from us:

• App Store: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: request one through Google Play's refund page, under your order history.

The store decides under its own policy. For plans bought on the web, see section 6 of our Terms of Service.

I found a bug or want to request a feature

Email support@meetopio.com with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot, your device and the app version (in Settings) help us fix it faster. Feature ideas are welcome too.
