Meetopio — Cookie & Local Storage Notice

Effective date: 3 August 2026 · Version: 1.0

This notice explains what we store on your device when you use the Meetopio website and web app. It's short because Meetopio uses only what's strictly necessary to run the Service — no advertising, no analytics, no third-party tracking.

What we use

Strictly-necessary cookies and local storage. We use these to sign you in and keep you signed in, to keep your session secure, and to remember essential preferences. The web app uses a secure authentication cookie for this; the mobile app stores your session and your offline capture queue locally on your device so captures survive a lost connection. Without these the Service cannot function, so they don't require consent under GDPR/PDPA.

What we do NOT use

  • No advertising cookies or advertising identifiers.
  • No third-party analytics or tracking (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar).
  • We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

Because we set no advertising or analytics cookies, you won't see a tracking-consent banner — there's nothing to consent to beyond the essentials needed to log you in.

If this changes

If we ever introduce analytics or any non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first, where the law requires it.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the strictly-necessary ones will prevent you from signing in.
