Meetopio is built by Roving Rock Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). We take the security of the data you capture seriously. This page describes how we protect it; our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement carry the contractual detail.

How we protect your data

• Encryption in transit — all data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
• Tenant isolation — each workspace's data is isolated and enforced at the database layer, accessible only to that workspace's authorised users.
• Least-privilege access — access to production systems is restricted and minimised.
• Data minimisation — we collect only what the Service needs. We serve no ads and use no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
• Recordings — voice recordings are deleted after transcription; card and badge images are read by our AI and not stored.
• Deletion and control — you can delete individual leads, or your entire account and workspace including stored recordings, at any time, in the app or on the web. Deletions are logged.
• Consent at capture — the app supports recording an attestation that visitors have been informed before capture.

Sub-processors

We run Meetopio on established cloud infrastructure and service providers. The current list of named sub-processors is maintained in our Data Processing Agreement.

Your rights

Meetopio is built around GDPR, Singapore PDPA and India DPDP principles. Our Privacy Policy explains data-subject rights and how to exercise them.
