Security & Trust

Meetopio is built by Roving Rock Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). We take the security of the data you capture seriously. This page describes how we protect it; our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement carry the contractual detail.

How we protect your data

  • Encryption in transit — all data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
  • Tenant isolation — each workspace's data is isolated and enforced at the database layer, accessible only to that workspace's authorised users.
  • Least-privilege access — access to production systems is restricted and minimised.
  • Data minimisation — we collect only what the Service needs. The Meetopio product serves no ads and contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers; our marketing website uses analytics and advertising-measurement cookies, and only with your consent (see the Cookie Notice).
  • Recordings — voice recordings are deleted after transcription; card and badge images are sent to our AI provider to read the details off them, and are not stored by us.
  • Deletion and control — you can delete individual leads, or your entire account and workspace including stored recordings, at any time, in the app or on the web. Deletions are logged.
  • Consent at capture — the app supports recording an attestation that visitors have been informed before capture.

Sub-processors

We run Meetopio on established cloud infrastructure and service providers. We do not publish the named list, but we will send it to any customer who asks — write to privacy@meetopio.com and you will get the current sub-processors, what each processes, where, and the transfer safeguards. The list is also provided with the Data Processing Agreement, which gives you notice of changes and the right to object.

Meetopio is built around GDPR, Singapore PDPA and India DPDP principles. Our Privacy Policy explains data-subject rights and how to exercise them.
